NZPCA has been invited to send a team of five riders, one Team Manager and one Coach to the 2026 PCIA International Mounted Games Exchange, hosted by the United States Pony Clubs at the Kentucky Horse Park.
This is a SELF FUNDED International Exchange.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
• Be 14 to 16 years of age at the time of the competition, 10–20 July 2026• Hold or be willing to attain a valid passport before departure• Be a current NZPCA member
Previous team members and previous applicants are welcome to apply.
Estimated Costs
Participant Fee: $7,500
This includes:
• International flights• Activities• Accommodation• Food• Uniforms and NZPCA kit
Final confirmed NZD costing will be advised once flights are secured.
Costs do not include:
• Travel to and from your New Zealand international departure airport• Travel insurance• Spending money
Commitment deposit and payment schedule will be confirmed upon selection.
As part of NZPCA’s preparation for hosting the 2027 International Mounted Games Exchange in New Zealand, NZPCA will appoint the Chief Executive, Lizzie Turnbull, as Team Manager for 2026.
This decision supports continuity and operational insight ahead of NZPCA hosting in 2027.
Accordingly, this call is for the position of TEAM COACH only.

• Be a current NZPCA Coach• Hold or be willing to attain a valid passport before departure• Be available for the full preparation and travel period• Consent to NZPCA Police Vetting• Be committed to supporting both the team and NZPCA’s 2027 hosting objectives
