Complete the above form if you require dispensation to run an event or classes that will not follow all ESNZ Eventing Rules or structure as defined under Article 613 of the ESNZ Eventing Rules.

For example: Not for Time Classes

All proposals must be submitted to NZPCA T&E no less than four weeks before the planned event.

NZPCA Eventing runs under ESNZ Eventing rules, however also read annex 5 of the ESNZ rules as it outlines any variation to rules for NZPCA events.
