Our next Living with the Constitution webinar will focus on helping Pony Club committees manage the practical administration of their Clubs.
A well-run Club does not depend on one person holding everything together. It has clear responsibilities, shared knowledge, reliable systems and good records that can be understood and continued when committee members change.
This practical session will work through the Club’s administration cycle, including:
- setting up and planning the Club year
- committee meetings, agendas, minutes and action records
- financial planning, budgeting, reporting and controls
- membership information and Club records
- strategic planning and setting Club priorities
- preparing for the AGM and completing post-AGM requirements
- succession planning and effective committee handovers
- sharing responsibilities and avoiding reliance on one volunteer
The webinar is intended for Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers and all other Club committee members—not only those holding a named administration role.
Regions are also strongly encouraged to attend, as they play an important role in helping Clubs establish effective practices and work through administration and governance requirements.
