NZPCA Board Elections – Meet Your Candidates

The NZPCA Board Appointments Panel has now completed its work and has released its report to members ahead of the 2026 AGM.

How the process worked

Under the NZPCA Constitution, the independent Board Appointments Panel assessed all applications against the skills, experience and governance criteria set out in the Constitution. Following this process:

• Two Appointed Board Members have been confirmed:
  • Katie Grant
  • Danielle Masterton
• Delegates will decide two Elected Board Member positions.

Six members are standing for the two elected positions:

• Sarah Bishell
• Angela Sneddon
• Stephanie Horne

2026 NZPCA AGM Delegate Registration Now Open - Complete the form below

Delegate registration for the 2026 NZPCA Annual General Meeting is now open.

Every affiliated Club and each Region is entitled to appoint a delegate to represent them at the AGM.

If your delegate is attending the AGM in person, simply register them using the Delegate Registration Form.

If your delegate is unable to attend, the same registration form allows you to request either electronic voting or postal voting. Once your delegate has been verified, NZPCA will issue the appropriate voting papers directly to the registered delegate.

This ensures every Club and Region can participate in the AGM, whether attending in person or voting remotely.

Delegate registrations close Monday, 13 July 2026.

Please remember:

• A person may be appointed as both a Club Delegate and a Region Delegate, provided they are authorised by each organisation.
• Delegates attending the AGM in person are not eligible to vote electronically or by postal vote.
• Electronic and postal voting papers will only be issued once delegate registrations have been confirmed.

We encourage every Club and Region to register their delegate and ensure their voice is heard at the 2026 AGM.

Board Working Committee Nominations

NZPCA is seeking nominations from Regions for two Region-appointed governance roles for the 2026–2027 term.

These roles provide an opportunity to contribute to the national governance and strategic direction of Pony Club by representing the views and experiences of Regions.
