BID TO WIN A TRIP FOR TWO TO FIJI

 

 Thanks to the generosity of Novotel, New Zealand Pony Clubs have won flights to Fiji and 5 nights at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa Waitui Beach Club . We have decided to offer this prize to our members by way of a silent auction. The proceeds from which will be put towards the Education and Development Committee’s updating of the ECTP workbooks project.

 

What can the winner expect?

 

Flights and 5 nights accommodation in the Waitui Beach Club where they can indulge in a refined poolside experience of ultimate luxury set on the beachfront of tropical paradise. The prize consists of return economy class airfares for two adults (over 18) from Christchurch or Auckland to Nadi and 5 nights’ accommodation in a Beach Club Room, excluding meals and personal expenses at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa (transfers not included)To qualify entrants must be New Zealand residents and hold a valid passport. Prize is to be redeemed 01 August - 24 December 2018 only. Dates to be arranged directly with Novotel, Christchurch.

How it will work…

  • All bids will be collected via e mail and opened together following the conclusion of the auction by an independent person.
  • The auction is open only to financial NZPCA members over 18 (listed on the database)
  • It will run for seven days from Thursday 28th June until 5pm on Thursday 5th July.
  • All entrants will be notified of the winner no later than Friday 6th July
  • Payment must be received within 5 working days of successful bid.

You will receive a confirmation e mail that your bid has been received. Only confirmed bids have been accepted.

 

NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

 

NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

NO LIABILITY: NZPCA and the prize supplier shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

NZPCA and the prize supplier is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
