TALBOT CUP: for rider 13yrs and under with best result in Auckland Area Crystal Piggott, Clevedon Pony Club.
This is a new trophy donated by Dr and Mrs Talbot, who were founding members of the original Auckland District Pony Club in 1949.
A huge thanks you to Papatoetoe Pony Club for the use of their grounds and to Papatoetoe members Antonella Hagsphil, Sasha Gilliland, Julie Prebble and Lyn Hatherley for their organisation, support, friendly atmosphere, great course and superb organisation, great food and for making the day run so smoothly.
Also congratulations to Kayleigh Hatherley (Papatoetoe) 1st DC in Area Trials and Katie Treadaway 1st A! in Area Trials, Auckland Area Team, held last weekend at Redvale in conjunction with Waitemata Rodney Area PC, Manukau City District Committee congratulates both riders on their achievement and wishes them and the Auckland Area Team well for the NZ Pony Club Champs to be held at Puhinui in 2009.
